Milkins offers its clients excellent customer service. Ann from Milkins personally reached out to me to resolve an issue with my watch. Friendly, personable staff who are dedicated to making your jewelry repair/buying experience the best it can be. This is one of the reasons Milkins Jewelers have been in business for over 100 years. My family has used Milkins for over 40 years. I stopped in for a simple watch battery replacement; this watch had never been worn so the case/face was in pristine condition. The battery replacement was $8 the scratches on the back of the watch were given free of charge. Thanks for damaging a watch that managed to survive unharmed through 2 household moves. I'm completely dissatisfied with Milkins customer service. Questions about watch repairs were answered obscurely. The employee attitudes were one of disinterest. This is my last time using Milkins. If you need watch/ring servicing I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Amazing experience! Lesley at Milkin's was AWESOME helping me customize an amazing engagement ring. I came to her with very specific parameters for what I wanted and her team exceeded all expectations .She helped me order a specially modified white-gold band, sourced a beautifully cut Moissanite, and helped me to select and special order our two side stones (Blue Topaz and Amethyst).Her and the entire staff were so patient and capable. They gave their expert opinions when I asked for guidance, but were never ever pushy. I can't imagine going anywhere else after how amazing everything turned out.6/5 Stars for the Milkins Team!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Extremely good customer service. I described the somewhat non-traditional engagement ring I was thinking of, and the wonderful woman behind the counter pulled out the PERFECT ring on the first try. And it’s a local family business! Very pleased.

Milkins Jewelers in Wyandotte is an excellent place to buy jewelry. The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. When I want good quality I go to Milkins Jewelers!

I have used Milkins Jewelers for years for getting watch batteries to jewelry, to fixing my clasp on my necklace. They have always been very welcoming and knowledgeable and reasonably priced, plus it’s always nice to use a small business when you can. I highly recommended them❤️
